  The most horrible fish and chips I have ever had. I tried them twice to give them a fair go. The first time the fish was really really greasy and the chips tasted like old oil. So I thought it might have been super busy and they forgot to swap out the oil, i'll give them another go. The 2nd time was worse, as the chips tasted and looked old on top of everything else. So very disappointed as I had read a blurb about them and was looking forward to having fish and chips from someone who knew what they were talking about.

  We had crumbed bara and chips. The fish was definitely fresh as it was so white and melted in your mouth. The crumb was so crunchy.

  The very freshest seafood - prawn cutlets were crisp not mushy, tried the barra and the coral trout and they were great - batter was light and crumbs were really tasty. Chips were well cooked and still crunchy after the 10 minute drive home. I loved that you could read about their produce while you waited and that not only was the source of the seafood clearly signed but also the name of the fisherman. It was great to know they support local fishermen. We were visiting townsville but if we visit again we'll definitely go back there.
